How do I know the case fits my phone?
On each product page, you'll find a list of all compatible models. Select your phone model before adding to cart. Every case is moulded for a specific model so the camera cutouts and button placements line up perfectly.
What materials are the cases made from?
We use different materials depending on the case type: soft flexible silicone, impact-resistant TPU, hard polycarbonate for maximum protection, and premium vegan leather. All materials are safe and will not discolour your phone.
Do the cases support MagSafe?
Yes, we have a dedicated MagSafe-compatible range for iPhone 12 and newer. These cases have built-in magnets that align with the MagSafe charger and genuine Apple accessories.
Does the case affect wireless charging?
No — all our cases work with Qi wireless charging, and you don’t need to remove the case to charge. MagSafe cases support faster wireless charging up to 15W on compatible devices.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payments (Visa / Mastercard) through our secure payment gateway. Online payments are fully encrypted and 100% secure.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2-3 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3-5 business days for other governorates. We ship to every governorate in Egypt without exception.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over 1000 EGP. For smaller orders, a shipping fee of 40-70 EGP applies depending on the governorate.
Do you ship to all Egyptian governorates?
Yes, we ship to all 27 governorates: Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Dakahlia, Sharqia, Gharbia, Menoufia, Qalyubia, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, North and South Sinai, Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, New Valley, and Matrouh.
How do I track my order?
Track your order on the "Track Order" page using the phone number you used when placing your order. You’ll see detailed shipment status from packing to delivery.
Is there a return policy?
Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original condition. Returns are free if the product arrives damaged or if we shipped the wrong item.
How do I install the case correctly?
Start from the top of the phone, seat the screen into the case first, then gently push the case edges around the phone. Avoid bending it at sharp angles to prevent damage. No tools are needed.
Do the cases protect against drops?
TPU and polycarbonate cases protect against drops from heights up to 2 metres. Our dedicated "rugged" cases are built for heavy drop protection up to 3 metres.
Does the case protect the camera?
Every case has raised edges around the camera and screen to protect them from scratches if the phone is placed face-down. Some models add an extra metal ring around the camera.
Are the products genuine?
Absolutely. All our products come from trusted suppliers and pass a strict quality check before shipping. We guarantee that what you receive matches the photos exactly.
Is there a warranty on the case?
We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If there is any manufacturing issue, we’ll replace the case for free or refund you in full.
Do the cases handle Egyptian summer heat?
Yes — all materials are selected to withstand temperatures up to 60°C without discolouration or softening, making them suitable for Egypt’s climate year-round.
How do I clean my case?
Use a soft cloth dampened with water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol which can damage the outer coating. Dry the case thoroughly before putting it back on your phone.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we accept bulk and wholesale orders for retailers, shops, and businesses. Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we’ll send you our wholesale price list.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not shipped yet. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we’ll help.
