Orders and payment
- Prices are in Egyptian Pound, inclusive of tax where applicable.
- We accept cash on delivery, and card payment when available.
- We confirm orders via WhatsApp or phone before shipping.
Shipping and delivery
- We ship to every Egyptian governorate via Bosta in 2-3 business days.
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before confirming the order.
- Shipping is free for orders above the threshold shown on the homepage.
Cancellation
You can cancel before shipment at no cost. After shipment, refer to the return policy.
